superglue and Artifact Announce Partnership

superglue's implementation agents set up and migrate each client's systems; Artifact's agents then run the recurring accounting work from the first month.

superglue, the AI lab for enterprise implementations, today announced a partnership with Artifact, the agentic AI platform for accounting firms. Together, the two companies give accounting firms an AI-native path for each new client: from system setup and data migration through to the first month-end close.

The partnership is especially relevant to client advisory services (CAS) – Artifact's core focus and one of accounting's fastest-growing practice areas. In a 2024 AICPA and CPA.com survey, firms projected a median 99% growth for it over three years. But every new client starts with the same bottleneck. Before any recurring work can begin, someone has to stand up or migrate the client's ERP, payroll and banking systems and get historical data clean. That onboarding work is still largely manual, and it's where new engagements stall.

Under the partnership

→ superglue builds the foundations of client onboarding. Its agents map, migrate and validate client data across ERPs such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica, and keep systems in sync after go-live.

→ Artifact's onboarding process becomes seamless on top of those foundations, enabling Arti agents to ingest, classify and reconcile clients' data, running workflows across a firm and its clients' tech stack from day one.

→ For firms that means one onboarding instead of two separate projects. superglue gets the client's systems right; Artifact gets the firm's team and the client's work running on them. The first close happens in the first month, rather than after months of setup.

"Every CAS engagement starts with an implementation, and that's where firms lose weeks. We built superglue so firms can get a client's systems live in days, not months. With Artifact, that client is closing on time from their first month."

Adina Goerres, co-founder and CEO of superglue

"Most firms don't struggle to buy AI. They struggle to get it working on real client work. superglue removes the setup that usually stalls a new engagement, so Artifact's agents and the firm's own team can run reconciliations, journals and the close together from day one, inside the systems the client already uses. Every week saved on onboarding is a week the firm can spend on advisory."

Ariel Harmoko, co-founder and CEO of Artifact
