Reinforcing its commitment to the construction sector with its second deal in the category over the last two months. Paperless is a long-standing Sage partner and specialist provider of accounts payable automation, document workflow and subcontractor compliance technology.
This builds on Sage’s August acquisition of Bangert, an onboarding specialist that helps customers adopt Sage Intacct Construction. Though addressing different operational challenges, the acquisitions work hand-in-hand: Bangert accelerates deployment, while Paperless streamlines the day-to-day processes that follow, including invoice approvals, compliance documentation, and payment-readiness workflows such as Clear to Pay.
Together, the acquisitions reflect Sage's continued investment in building a more connected construction experience.
