Acumatica is a multi-faceted Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP), which I now like to refer to as an “Enterprise Resource Platform." The diversity of Acumatica is well demonstrated in the recent release of their 2026:R2 Update.

This article is only a brief summary of some of the most significant ‘updates’ within this newest release. In future installments of The ERP Update we will have take a deeper-dive into some of these new features.
