Earlier this year I published a summary of four of the five ERPs contained in the graphic below within Insightful Accountant. At that time, insufficient data was available to include Intuit Enterprise Suite. Since that publication, I've had the opportunity to update this graphic to include IES, and make a limited number of other updates.
The chart below represents data covering five of the most frequently recognized ERPs for mid-market businesses. It contains a limited number of categories, and in some cases categories or features are consolidated within this table to prevent complexity. This data has not been totally updated and is not intended to represent the current state of any of these products, as most of these ERP developers have, or are currently, incorporating various degrees of Artificial Intelligence and 'AI-agents' performing functions within each category. It is prepared for informational and educational purposes; it is not intended to be thorough review of the products presented. No reliance should be placed upon this content when making a purchasing decision or commitment; always consult with your preliminarily selected ERP Developer to determine the exact feature set they offer in regard to your business requirements.
